Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- For Fashion Items(from the Label and ShowGirl collections):
Must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with **all tags attached.
- For Rentals (FlyyGirl Rental items):
Must be returned in the same condition it was received, clean, and within the rental period. If the item has been used, a damage fee may apply.
- For THEEFLYYGIRLBAG Digital Products (eBooks, courses, planners, etc.):
These items are non-refundable due to the nature of digital goods. Once accessed or downloaded, they are final sale

Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable. These include:
- Custom-Made or Special Order ShowGirl Items:
These items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- THEEFLYYGIRLBAG Digital Products:
All digital items, including eBooks, courses, workshops, and planners, are non-refundable once purchased and accessed.
- Damaged or Worn Fashion Items:
Items returned in worn, damaged, or altered condition are not eligible for a refund.
- Sale Items:
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please double-check the item details before purchasing sale products to ensure it meets your expectations.

To initiate a refund for eligible items:

3. Return Shipping: If your item is eligible for a return, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged items, for which return shipping will be covered by us.

5. Refund: After inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.
Refund processing typically takes 5-7 business daysonce the return is received.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll gladly offer a full refund or a replacement (depending on availability). To qualify for this:

Cancellation Policy for Rentals
For FLYYGIRL Rentals, you can cancel your rental within 48 hours of placing the order. Cancellations made after 48 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No cancellations are allowed once the rental has been shipped.
Exchange Options
Currently, FLYYGIRL does not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
