1. What is FlyyGirl.ca?
FLYYGIRL is a luxury online fashion boutique and digital marketing resource hub designed to elevate your style and brand. We offer fashion rentals, exclusive items for purchase, and valuable digital marketing tools to help you build your brand. At FLYYGIRL, we focus on providing unique products for boss women, performers, and anyone looking to elevate their look.

2. What products do you sell?
At FLYYGIRL, we offer a variety of products to elevate your style and brand:

-FLYYGIRL Boutique Includes three main sections:
- ShowGirl: Red carpet and costume looks available for purchase. 
- Rentals: Fashion items available for rental, including dresses, suits, and more. 
- Label: FLYYGIRL-branded fashion items such as two-piece outfits, dresses, swimsuits, accessories, and mugs (with more to come). 

- THEEFLYYGIRLBAG: A collection of digital marketing resources to help you build your brand, including courses, eBooks, planners, and other fashion-related digital products.

3. How do rentals work?
Our rental process is simple:
- Choose your rental item from our Rentals section in the FLYYGIRL Boutique.
- Pick your rental duration (1 day, 3 days, 1 week, or weekend rental).
- Add your item to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with details on your rental.

4. Do you offer a security deposit for rentals? 
Currently, a security deposit is not required for rentals. However, for high-end items, we may request a security deposit at our discretion.

5. Can I cancel my rental?
Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of booking. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. What is the return policy for ShowGirl items?
For ShowGirl items, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

7. What is the return policy for Label items?
Items purchased from the Label section are final sale unless otherwise noted. Please check product descriptions for special return instructions.

8. Are digital products refundable?
No, all digital products purchased from THEEFLYYGIRLBAG (including courses, eBooks, planners, and other digital marketing resources) are non-refundable due to the nature of digital products.

9. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on location and item type. For ShowGirl and Label items, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. For Rentals, shipping will be arranged based on your rental period.

10. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping for both FLYYGIRL Boutique and THEEFLYYGIRLBAG products. International shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout.

11. Can I pick up rental items in-store?
FLYYGIRL is an online store, so all orders, including rentals, will be shipped directly to your address. In-store pickup is not available at this time.

12. Do you offer gift cards?
We currently do not offer gift cards but are working to add this feature in the future.
