Rental Policy

At FLYYGIRL, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality fashion rental experience. To ensure clarity and smooth processing, please review our rental policy below:

1. Rental Duration Options:
- One Day: Minimum rental period of one day.
- Three Days: Choose any three consecutive days during the week.
- One Week: Choose between a minimum of 5 or 7 days.
-Weekend Rental: Available from Friday to Sunday.

2. Payment Structure:
- For all rentals, payment is split into two parts:
- 50% Payment: Due at the time of booking to secure your rental.
- Remaining 50%: Due on the start date of the rental. An invoice for the remaining balance will be sent one day before the due date and must be paid before the rental item is delivered or picked up.

3. Security Deposits:
- For certain higher-value or delicate items (such as heavily embellished or designer pieces), a security deposit may be required. This deposit will be fully refunded once the item is returned in its original condition.

4. Booking Process:
- Rentals are confirmed once the first payment (50% of the total) is received. A receipt and rental agreement will be sent via email.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the item is dispatched or picked up.

5. Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the rental start date to receive a full refund of the first payment. Cancellations made after this time will forfeit the first payment.

6. Late Returns:
- Any rentals returned after the agreed return date will incur a late fee. The late fee will be calculated based on the rental duration and is due upon the return of the item.

7. Damage and Loss:
- Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the rental item. If an item is returned damaged, a repair fee will be charged. In the case of significant damage or loss, the full replacement cost of the item will be charged to the renter.

8. Delivery & Pickup:
- Renters have the option to either pick up rental items for free or opt for delivery at a charge (ranging from $20–$25 depending on the location).
- Delivery charges apply if the "Deliver to my Address" option is selected during checkout. Rentals must be returned by the specified end date to avoid additional charges.
